We began in 2001 with a creative idea that was innovative enough to work. 

The founder of the company, Jason Adams of Bend, Oregon, discovered that some property owners don't know how to manage certain challenges that prevent them from selling their property. It started when Adams found two estranged property owners who were in a seemingly unsolvable feud about who would collect the rent and who would pay the mortgage for a property they bought together. 

When Adams approached each of the owners separately, they were 100% certain that the situation was not solvable and that foreclosure was the only option for them. Adams used a creative angle and determination for resolution to negotiate with the two owners and their lenders. He was able to work out a win-win situation allowing each party to walk away with a sale and a solution to their problem.  

Since then, Adams has expanded the team and together they have solved more seemingly impossible situations.
